Kathleen Ellen Welter passed away February 8, 2023 at the age of 73. Her daughters were with her at the time of her passing.
Kathy is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leonard Welter, also Faye Summers, Ralph Vollmers, Marie Busch, Robert G. Busch, Robyn O’Brien. Also her Aunties that loved her as a daughter, Ila Schuster, Delores Kuebler and Lois Freeman.
Survivors include her brother, Robert Busch and daughters, Erin and Megan Welter.
