Professional Services

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) This charge includes, but is not limited to availability of staff 24 hours a day, staff and facilities to respond to initial requests for services, consultation with responsible party to determine services desired, sheltering of deceased, coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory and/or other parties involved in final disposition of the deceased, filing of death certificate and obtaining permits with the Health Department and providing assistance in filing social security notification form and veteran's forms (if any).

Embalming - $395.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. However, embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Facilities Equipment & Staff

Use of facility & staff for limited viewing up to 1 hour (M-F 9am – 4:30pm)   $100.
Use of facility & staff for viewing up to 3 hours (M-F 9am – 4:30pm)   $200.
Use of facility & staff for funeral or memorial ceremony  $ 495.
Use of equipment & staff for church service or other facility  $ 495.
Use of equipment & staff for graveside or mausoleum service  .$ 300

Automotive Equipment

Transfer of body to funeral home (within 30 mile radius of funeral home)  $ 250.
Transfer of body after 30 miles radius from funeral home  $ 3. per mile
Transfer of body to and from autopsy facility or other facility as directed  $ 195.
Funeral Hearse  $ 450.
Service Van  $ 85.
Flower Van  $ 85.
Limousine  $ 475. (3hr. limit)
Motorcycle Escorts (2) for Procession to Cemetery  $ 325. (additional at $155.each)
Transportation of casket to cemetery by van (within 30 mile radius of Portland)  $ 85.

 Other Services, Facilities and Equipment

Use of preparation room facility  $ 75.
Use of refrigeration facility (Required for sanitary purposes if body is not embalmed- per day fee)  $ 75. Cremation process  $ 195.
Witness of actual cremation  $ 100.
Reception with coffee and cookies following memorial service (Limited to 50)  $ 100.
Delivery of urn and ashes to local cemetery or residence as requested  $ 50.
Shipping of ashes via registered mail  $ 65
International Documentation fee  $200 (plus Fed X, UPS, consulate fees
Estate Filing Fee (This additional fee is charged when the funeral home is requested to bill an attorney or an estate for the funeral and or cremation related services and merchandise selected)   $ 650.
Insurance assignment fee  $195.
Storage of ashes at our facility – First 7 days at no charge, then there is a per month charge of   $ 75. Overtime fee for viewing or services in the evenings from 4:30pm – 8:00pm  $ 250.
For holidays and services after 8:00pm but no longer than 10:00pm.  $450.
