A) TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE $2,995. |

This offering includes the services of the funeral
director and staff for coordinating and directing the services; preparation of free obituary for local papers; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to
complete the arrangements; removal of deceased from the place of death to
the funeral home (within a 30 mile radius); embalming (if relevant) or
refrigeration and sanitary care of the deceased; use of preparation room;
dressing, casketing and cosmetology; use of the facilities for visitation or
sheltering of the deceased if there is no viewing; use of our chapel
facility or use of our equipment for services at the church or facility of
your choice; coffee & cookie reception at our facility; coordinating
directing of the committal services at the cemetery and procession to the
cemetery by 2 motorcycle escorts, and use of funeral coach and flower car. |

B) FUNERAL AT CHURCH OR CHAPEL MEET AT
CEMETERY - $ 2,395. |

mile radius); embalming (if relevant) or refrigeration and sanitary care of

is no viewing; coffee & cookie reception at our facility; use of our service
vehicle for transportation of the casket to the local cemetery of your

Our charge for a direct burial (without ceremony)
includes the basic services of funeral director & staff; transfer of the
body to our facility within a 30 mile radius of Portland; use of our
refrigeration facility for up to 72 hours; consultation with responsible
party to arrange immediate burial; preparing and filing of the death
certificate and necessary permits; assistance with forms for social security
and/or veteran's benefits, if needed; preparation of obituary notices in
local papers, if requested; dressing and casketing of the body; and
transportation of the casket by service van to any local cemetery within 30
miles of our facility. |
